Vinification: The Sangiovese and Montepulciano grapes are generally harvested within the first week of October. The grapes are destemmed, lightly crushed and left to macerate in stainless steel tanks for about 15 days at a temperature never
exceeding 28°C allowing for fermentation. Before bottling, the wine, rich in color and very structured but soft on the palate is transferred into stainless steel tanks for about 8 months to allow for the clarification and stabilization.
Sensory analysis: Ruby color, intense small black fruits and balmy memories. Full-bodied and rounded wine of
remarkable depth and structure.
