Vinification: The grape harvesting usually begins in the second week of September. The grapes are destemmed and gently pressed and the must then cooled to 10°C to induce natural clarification. The must is then transferred to temperature controlled stainless steel tanks kept below 18°C, where the fermentation occurs. Finally the wine is then transferred and stored in stainless steel tanks at a temperature of 10°C to preserve its fragrant characteristics until it is finally bottled.
Sensory Analysis: Soft pale straw color with intense floral aromas, crisp and soft on the palate.
