Vinification: Generally the grape harvesting begins in the third week of September. The grapes are destemmed and softly
pressed. Then the must obtained is cooled to a temperature of 10°C to induce natural clarification. Then the fermentation occurs in temperature controlled steel barrels at a temperature not exceeding 18°C. Finally the wine is stored in steel barrels, at a temperature of 10°C until it is bottled.
Sensory Analysis: Pale straw yellow color with green apple scent. Fresh and smooth taste.
