Vinification: The harvest began in second decade of September. The grape is gethered in small container and as soon as they reach the cellar they are emptied, avoiding the breaking of the grains, directly into cement barrels where carbonic maceration is carried out. The grape are treaded after 5/6 days of maceration. Once fermentation is over the wine is prepared to be bottled.
Taste: Ruby red with purple reflections colour. Deep perfumes characterized by floreal touches. Smoot and softly structured; just a bit tannin..
